This Privacy Policy describes how QuantVue, LLC (“QuantVue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit quantvue.io, purchase or subscribe to our products, use our software and services (including the ATS Program), or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions (quantvue.io/legal/terms-conditions) and, where applicable, the ATS Program Terms & Conditions.
We may receive information about you from third parties such as payment processors, analytics providers, advertising platforms, community platforms (such as Discord), and integration partners (such as brokers or platforms you connect), and combine it with the information described above.
We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, operate, secure, maintain, and support the Service; (b) process transactions, subscriptions, and installment payments, and send related communications such as receipts, renewal notices, and billing alerts; (c) authenticate access and enforce license limits; (d) respond to inquiries and provide customer support; (e) send service, administrative, and legal notices; (f) send marketing communications where permitted (you may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing hello@quantvue.io); (g) analyze, benchmark, and improve the Service and develop new products, features, models, algorithms, and strategies, including by training, tuning, and validating analytical, statistical, and machine-learning systems using Usage Data as described in the Terms; (h) detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms, and enforce our agreements, including billing and collections; and (i) comply with legal obligations. We may create and use aggregated or de-identified data for any lawful purpose; such data no longer identifies you, and we own all such data and anything derived from it.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only: (a) with service providers who perform services on our behalf — such as payment processing, cloud hosting and infrastructure (including Amazon Web Services), analytics, email delivery, customer support, and community platforms — under obligations to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us; (b) with integration partners you choose to connect, such as brokers, trading platforms, or data providers, to the extent necessary to provide the connection you request; (c) with advertising and analytics partners as described in Section 1.2, which may involve cookies or similar technologies that could be considered a “sale” or “share” under some state laws — you may opt out as described in Section 7; (d) in connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction subject to this Policy; (e) for legal reasons, where we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to enforce our agreements, protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or others, or to detect and prevent fraud or security issues; and (f) with your consent or at your direction.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and support legitimate business purposes. Usage Data and records related to billing, licensing, and enforcement may be retained after your subscription or license ends. Aggregated and de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of payment card data in transit by our processors. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly at hello@quantvue.io of any suspected unauthorized access.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws — including the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you, the right to correct inaccuracies, the right to request deletion, the right to obtain a portable copy, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended and similar state laws (including Florida’s Digital Bill of Rights, where applicable). We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit under those laws, and we do not knowingly “sell” personal information of anyone under 16. To exercise any right, email hello@quantvue.io with your request and enough information for us to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits, subject to verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email, and where applicable you may also contact your state attorney general.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (and in no event under 13). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at hello@quantvue.io and we will delete it.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction, and you consent to that transfer and processing.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites and operates alongside third-party platforms (such as TradingView, NinjaTrader, brokers, and Discord). This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing them information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Modified” date, and material changes apply prospectively from their effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

The 30 day money back guarantee only applies to first time customers. If you have used our system or had a plan in the past, you are not eligble for a refund. This means if you have used the PRO plan in the past and sign up for ELITE at a later date, you will not be elgible for the refund guarantee and vice versa.
