QuantVue is a financial-technology and trading-software provider. We are NOT registered investment advisors, commodity trading advisors (CTAs), commodity pool operators (CPOs), broker-dealers, or financial advisors. Nothing presented constitutes personalized investment, trading, tax, or legal advice.
All content — including charts, setups, indicators, signals, backtest metrics, and automation demonstrations — is provided solely for educational, informational, and analytical purposes. We do not recommend specific trades, manage client capital, or trade any account on your behalf. You retain sole discretion over, and full responsibility for, every trading and automation decision you make.
CFTC RULE 4.41 — HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
Backtested and hypothetical results do not reflect real-time execution, slippage, latency, fills, fees, or the psychological pressures of live trading. Where any actual trading results are shown alongside hypothetical results, the actual results are presented with at least equal prominence.
Trading futures and options carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage can work against you as quickly as it works for you. You may be required to deposit additional margin on short notice, and positions may be liquidated at a loss — leaving you liable for any resulting deficit. Under certain conditions, such as a market "limit move," it may be impossible to liquidate a position, and stop orders will not necessarily limit losses to the intended amounts. You can lose some or all of your capital, potentially more than your initial deposit. Trade only with risk capital you can afford to lose.
Automated systems, indicators, webhooks, and order-routing tools depend on software, hardware, data feeds, connectivity, and third-party broker and exchange infrastructure — any of which can fail, lag, or behave unexpectedly, producing missed, duplicate, partial, or unintended orders, or no execution at all. Automation requires active supervision; you alone are responsible for monitoring, configuring, and controlling it, including appropriate risk limits. Past or simulated performance of any automated system is not indicative of future results. Any results, examples, or testimonials are individual, not typical, and not a guarantee. By participating you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclosure, that you alone are responsible for your outcomes, and that you should consult a licensed financial, legal, or tax professional before trading.
To keep our support strictly technical and compliant, the following apply to every webinar, sales call, and troubleshooting session:
Our core software and trading algorithms generate signals — informational, analytical outputs — and nothing more. They do not place, route, or execute orders, and they do not access, manage, or control your trading account.
Each signal is a single input for your own independent decision-making. You may act on it, ignore it, modify it, or combine it with your own analysis. Signals are generated identically for all users from the same logic — they are not individualized advice or recommendations tailored to your circumstances. We do not know your account, positions, or financial situation, and we do not want to.
We never exercise discretion over your account, never trade on your behalf, and never hold trading authority or custody of your funds. QuantVue is a software provider — not a managed-account service, robo-advisor, or discretionary trading system. No signal obligates you to take any action.
Any alerting, automation, or order-routing capability is provided only through separate, opt-in software that you must affirmatively enable. To trade through it, YOU connect your own broker via OAuth and activate the trading connection yourself — we never hold your broker credentials, log in for you, or enable the connection on your behalf. You configure the rules, alerts, and parameters; orders route through your own brokerage account under your own authority; and you may revoke access or disable it at any time. We do not operate it for you or make any trading decision through it, and you remain solely responsible for everything it does once enabled.
Using our core signal software does not enroll you in any automation. Execution is always your action, by your choice, and under your control.
QuantVue is a publisher of impersonal, general-circulation market analysis and a provider of self-directed trading software. We are not a registered investment adviser (RIA), commodity trading advisor (CTA), broker, or discretionary money manager — and we do not act as any of them.
We never exercise trading discretion, act as your agent, or hold your funds. Execution software that you operate is not execution by QuantVue.
