Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the pricing tiers?

Every tier includes the same platform, infrastructure, and support. The difference is how many ATS 2.0 strategies you can run at once: Core unlocks any 2 at a time, Premium any 4, and Alpha runs all of them.

How long does it take to get set up after I purchase?

Most onboarding calls are done in under an hour. Immediately after purchase you receive step-by-step instructions to log in to your ATS dashboard, plus links to book your 1-on-1 white glove onboarding call.

Do I need to be a coder or have tech experience?

No. The ATS is a no-code platform designed to be extremely simple: a 1-click deploy system with no VPS to manage and no need to turn your computer on each morning. Some clients only check their P&L on Friday afternoon. If you can turn on a computer and navigate a website, you can use the ATS.

Does it come with training material?

Yes. Hours of training videos, step-by-step documentation, and guides are built right into the dashboard, along with live chat support where you are always talking to a real human. We also host live office hours multiple times per week to answer questions and hang with other clients.

Can I upgrade to a higher tier in the future?

Yes. You can upgrade tiers at any time and only pay the difference!

Are there any refunds or free trials?

No. All ATS Program sales are final and there is no trial period. Full terms are in the ATS Refund Policy.

What is the one-time fee for?

It is a one-time activation fee for your tier. It is separate from the monthly licensing plan, and it does not unlock lifetime access on its own. The monthly licensing plan is what unlocks and keeps the ATS platform active.

Can I cancel the monthly licensing plan at any time?

Yes, at any time. While your licensing is inactive, access to the systems is temporarily suspended. Reactivate the licensing plan and your ATS picks back up.

Why do I need to pay for a datafeed?

The ATS 2.0 strategies are as robust as they are because they ingest large amounts of real-time, granular data that simply is not available on platforms like TradingView or NinjaTrader. The machine learning, the Direction Classifier, the news feed, and the daily read are all built from that data. As a US-based company we also stay compliant with CME rules and regulations, which means we cannot redistribute market data ourselves.

What markets do the strategies trade?

Almost exclusively futures: NQ, ES, GC, CL, YM, RTY, and more. There is also QV Atlas, a stock portfolio rebalancing strategy, and strategies for Bitcoin and other crypto pairs are currently in development.
